Fresh Breakfast Omelet

Ahhhhh the nicest day of the year so far. Got out there and did some sprinting on the soccer field and they were putting the lines on the field getting ready for the spring. We got home and had a Red Zinger juice (5 large carrots, 2 apples, 2 oranges, 1 lime, 1 beet, 1'' piece of ginger) and this delicious omelet.
















SERVES 2

7 eggs (2 whole eggs, 5 egg whites)
spinach
green pepper
baby bella mushrooms
fresh mozz cheese
basil
fresh tomatoes

Tip: Whip up the eggs really good for a fluffy omelet.
